If you are not happy with a BalmLabs purchase or gift for any reason, please read our return, refund, and exchange policies below.

Note that BalmLabs monitors return activity for abuse and reserves the right to limit returns or exchanges. All returns are subject to validation and approval at BalmLabs’ discretion.

This policy is effective for all purchases made on and after January 23, 2020.

Returns

Money-Back Guarantee on any First Purchase

We want you to love our product as much as we do, so we invite you to try it for the first time risk-free. If our product just isn’t for you, please send an email to orders@balmlabs.com within 30 days of purchase to initiate your return.

We will provide a return authorization, mailing information and return shipping label via email. On receipt of said email, you will need to print the return shipping label and affix it to the exterior of your return package (original shipper box or another box of your choosing).  Please include the unused portion of the product in its original bottle(s) in the return package, and we will refund your purchase, less all shipping costs.

If your return is sent by mail, please allow two weeks for processing. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment.

Items shipped to BalmLabs outside of the returns window, without a BalmLabs return label, or not purchased at BalmLabs.com or thisisbalm.com, may not be credited back or returned to you.

 

All Other Purchases

Changed your mind? Not to worry. As long as your product has not been used or opened, just send an email to orders@balmlabs.com within 30 days of your purchase to initiate your return.

If your return is sent by mail, please allow two weeks for processing. We will send you an email confirmation once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution may take longer to reflect the transaction. Refunds will be applied to your original method of payment, less shipping costs.

Items shipped to BalmLabs outside of the returns window, not in new unopened condition, without a BalmLabs return label, or not purchased at BalmLabs.com or thisisbalm.com, may not be credited back or returned to you.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refunds are limited to the actual purchase price (including any applied discount and taxes), and are not available for shipping costs.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer exchanges at this time.

MISSING OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If any product you’ve ordered was damaged during transit, save the box and merchandise and notify us immediately via email at orders@balmlabs.com, including a description and photo of the damaged item(s). BalmLabs will arrange for the damaged items to be replaced.

All orders with BalmLabs require signature for delivery. So, if your package is missing, please check with other members of your household, your mail room or front desk reception (if applicable), to see if they received the package on your behalf.

If the package is still not found, we will start a trace, and take the required follow-up steps. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders or items that are reported missing or damaged that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to a parcel forwarding company.
